Child Law

By an act approved March 21, 1914, the Kentucky General Assembly repealed all previous acts relating to child labor and provided that no child under fourteen could work in any business during school hours and those fourteen to sixteen years of age could work only if they had a certificate from truant officers and labor inspectors.
