201 KAR 21:070.Licensing examination requirements.

Section 1.

(1)

An applicant for licensure shall hold a National Board of Chiropractic Examiners Certificate of Attainment, which demonstrates that the applicant has passed the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE) examination, parts I, II, III, and IV, by the NBCE's recommended passing score.

(2)

(a)

An official National Board of Chiropractic Examiners transcript of scores for parts I, II, III, and IV shall be on file with the Kentucky Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

(b)

Official transcripts shall be requested by the applicant to be sent to the Kentucky Board of Chiropractic Examiners directly from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

(3)

The state's requirement for successful completion (passage) of all parts of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners examination shall be the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners recommended passing score.
