The<MeetNo2> 5th meeting of the Government Contract Review Committee was held on<Day> Tuesday,<MeetMDY2> November 14, 2000, at<MeetTime> 10:00 AM, in<Room> Room 125 of the Capitol Annex. Representative Brent Yonts, Chair, called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

A motion was made by Representative Crenshaw and seconded by Representative Heleringer to approve the Committee Minutes of October 10, 2000 meeting.  The motion passed unanimously.

 

A motion was made by Senator Long and seconded by Senator Jackson to approve the Routine Contracts List with the exception of #2, between Eastern Kentucky University and D. E. Bodley, 01-058; and #3, between Kentucky Community and Technical College System and Michael G. Crow / George O’Neill, KCT-047. The motion passed unanimously.

 

A motion was made by Senator Long and seconded by Senator Jackson to approve the Amendments List with the exception of #3, between Western Kentucky University and English, Lucas, Priest & Owsley, 09-00/01. The motion passed unanimously.
