Silvia Priori, K03-103; Deloitte and Touche, K02-139. William Gaphne discussed the contracts with the committee. A motion was made by Representative Crenshaw and seconded by Representative Stein to approve the contracts. The motion passed with Senator Stine abstaining from voting.
A motion was made by Representative Crenshaw and seconded by Representative Stein to request that a representative of Western Kentucky University appear before the committee with an explanation for the authorization by the Board of Regents to sell the Applied Physics Institute building property, considering the promise by the university to report back to the committee prior to any such lease or sale.
