The 4th meeting of the Government Contract Review Committee was held on Tuesday, October 14, 2003, at 9:00 AM, in Room 125 of the Capitol Annex. Representative Brent Yonts, Chair, called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

Tony Wilhite and Tim Back made a presentation to the committee on the Kentucky Procurement Assistance Program.
Adanne Bagby, Denise Hume, and Sarah Calloway made a presentation to the committee on the issue of retention of real estate agents on behalf of wards of the Cabinet for Families and Children. The committee staff administrator rendered his opinion that the agents required personal service contracts with the cabinet. The committee requested the general counsel to render a further opinion for the next meeting of the committee.
