The 8th meeting of the Government Contract Review Committee was held on Tuesday, February 10, 2004, at 4:00 PM, in Room 149 of the Capitol Annex. Representative Brent Yonts, Chair, called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

With no second having been made on the motion, the motion failed. A motion was made by Senator Scorsone to consider the amendments reviewed with objection. Representative Crenshaw seconded the motion, which failed by a vote of four to two (by statute, five votes are required).
Upon recommendation of Senator Westwood, the committee agreed that all requests for exemption shall be reviewed at the March meeting.
With no further business before the committee, the meeting adjourned at 4:38 p.m.
