Representative Yonts made a motion to grant an exemption request to the Department for Public Health and the Department for Military Affairs for filing of individual personal service contracts and memoranda of agreement. Both departments will be required to submit quarterly reports to the committee. Representative Crenshaw seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
Representative Yonts made a motion to grant an exemption request to the Kentucky Counsel on Developmental Disabilities, and the Department of Training and Re-Employment for filing of individual personal service contracts and memoranda of agreement. Both departments will be required to submit monthly reports to the committee. Representative Crenshaw seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
All exemption requests will expire December 31, 2004.
