A motion was made by Senator Tapp to consider as reviewed, the Minutes of the August 10, 2004 meeting of the committee. Representative Yonts seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Corrections List. Representative Stein seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Routine Contracts List with exception of those contracts selected for further review by members of the committee and all contracts funded totally by state funds. Representative Stein seconded the motion, which passed.

Representative Stein seconded the motion, which passed.

Representative Stein seconded the motion, which passed.

Representative Stein seconded the motion, which passed.
