The 4th meeting of the Government Contract Review Committee was held on Tuesday, October 12, 2004, at 3:15 P.M., in Room 125 of the Capitol Annex. Representative Brent Yonts, Chair, called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

A motion was made by Senator Westwood to consider as reviewed, the Minutes of the September 14, 2004 meeting of the committee. Senator Tapp seconded the motion, which passed without objection.
A motion was made by Senator Westwood to consider as reviewed, the Corrections List. Senator Tapp seconded the motion, which passed with Senator Scorsone voting NO.
A motion was made by Senator Westwood to consider as reviewed, the Routine Personal Service Contract List with exception of those contracts selected for further review by members of the committee. Senator Tapp seconded the motion, which passed with Representative Crenshaw abstaining on contract #98, Braxton Crenshaw, C-04477845, citing Kentucky Constitution, Section 57, and Senator Scorsone voting NO.

Notice was provided that due to upgrades in office procedure, computer software, and database programs, several lists previously distributed individually would be henceforth combined. The lists being considered merged all personal service contracts received both manually and through the Management Administrative and Reporting System (MARS) together, and merged all memoranda of agreement received both manually and through the Management Administrative and Reporting System (MARS) together.
