The<MeetNo2> 7th meeting of the Government Contract Review Committee was held on<Day> Tuesday,<MeetMDY2> January 11, 2005, at<MeetTime> 10:00 AM, in<Room> Room 125 of the Capitol Annex. With the presiding co-chair having been replaced on the committee, Michael Meeks, Committee Staff Administrator called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

 

Present were:

Michael Meeks opened the floor for nominations from a Senate member for the position of co-chair.

 

Senator Tori made a motion to nominate Senator Stine as co-chair.  Senator Gibson seconded the motion.

 

Senator Tori made a motion that nominations for co-chair cease and that Senator Stine be elected by acclamation. Senator Gibson seconded the motion. Senator Stine was elected by acclamation and presided for the remainder of the meeting.

 

A motion was made by Senator Tori to approve Minutes of the December 14, 2004 meeting of the committee. Representative Yonts seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Corrections List. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Personal Service Contract List. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Personal Service Contract Amendment List. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Memoranda of Agreement List. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Memoranda of Agreement Amendment List. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Additions List. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed without objection.
