The10th meeting of the Government Contract Review Committee was held on Tuesday, April 12, 2005, at 1:00 PM, in Room 125 of the Capitol Annex. Michael Meeks, Committee Staff Administrator called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.
Present were:
Members: Senators Carroll Gibson, Ernesto Scorsone, and Katie Stine; Representatives Jesse Crenshaw, Brad Montell, Kathy W. Stein, and Brent Yonts.

Michael Meeks opened the floor for nominations from a Senate member for the position of Senate co-chair.
Senator Gibson made a motion to nominate Senator Stine as co-chair. Senator Scorsone seconded the motion.
Representative Stein made a motion that nominations for co-chair cease and that Senator Stine be elected by acclamation. Representative Stein made a motion to elect Senator Stine by acclamation. Senator Gibson seconded the motion. Senator Stine was elected by acclamation and presided for the remainder of the meeting.
Michael Meeks opened the floor for nominations from a House member for the position of House co-chair.
Representative Crenshaw made a motion to nominate Representative Yonts as co-chair. Representative Stein seconded the motion.
Representative Crenshaw made a motion that nominations for co-chair cease. Representative Stein made a motion to elect Representative Yonts by acclamation. Representative Crenshaw seconded the motion, which passed.
Senator Stine requested the minutes reflect that she did not attend the March meeting of the committee and did not abstain from voting on the contracts. Senator Gibson also questioned his attendance at the meeting.
A motion was made by Representative Yonts to approve Minutes of the March 8, 2005, meeting of the committee, as corrected. Representative Stein seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Corrections List. Representative Crenshaw seconded the motion, which passed without objection.
A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Personal Service Contract List. Representative Crenshaw seconded the motion, which passed without objection.
