The Government Contract Review Committee met on Tuesday, August 9, 2005, at 10:00 AM, in Room 125 of the Capitol Annex. Senator Katie Stine, Chair, called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

A motion was made by Senator Stine to amend the minutes of the July 12, 2005, meeting of the committee to clarify her statement and motion regarding Representative Yonts presiding over the meeting to reflect that in order for him to avoid the appearance of impropriety, he should relinquish the chair to the co-chair because his daughter was employed by the Office of the Attorney General. Representative Montell seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Representative Montell to approve the Minutes of the July 12, 2005, meeting of the committee, as amended. Senator Gibson seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
