            The Government Contract Review Committee met on<Day> Wednesday,<MeetMDY2> August 9, 2006, at<MeetTime> 10:30 AM, in<Room> Room 125 of the Capitol Annex. Senator Katie Stine, Chair, called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

 

            Present were:

            A motion was made by Representative Yonts to approve the Minutes of the July 13, 2006, meeting of the committee. Senator Tori and Representative Montell seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

 

            A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Personal Service Contract List, with exception of those items selected for further review by members of the committee. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

            A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Personal Service Contract Amendment List, with exception of those items selected for further review by members of the committee. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed with Senator Stine electing to abstain on #1, 0600001387, Premier Drug Testing.

 

            A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Memoranda of Agreement List, with exception of those items selected for further review by members of the committee. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider the contract as reviewed at a maximum rate of $125 per hour. A motion was made by Senator Gibson to have the committee review the policies that pertain to professional services for a possible change in hourly rates. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
