The Government Contract Review Committee met on Thursday, November 16, 2006, at 10:00 AM, in Room 169 of the Capitol Annex. Representative Brent Yonts, Chair, called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

A motion was made by Senator Tori to approve the Minutes of the October 5, 2006, meeting of the committee. Senator Stine seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.

A motion was made by Senator Stine to consider as reviewed, the Corrections List. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed with discussion on 0600002098, Audit Services US, LLC. Rebecca Comley and Brenda Sweat from the Office of the Treasurer discussed the contract with the committee. This contract had been approved at the July meeting of the committee, however due to eMars conversion, the document did not convert and was re-entered into the system.
