TheGovernment Contract Review Committee met on Wednesday, January 24, 2007, at 10:00 AM, in Room 171 of the Capitol Annex. Senator Katie Stine, Chair, called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

Senator Stine opened the floor for nominations from a House member for the position of co-chair.
Representative Yonts made a motion to nominate Representative Keene as co-chair. Representative Montell seconded the motion.
Representative Yonts made a motion that nominations for co-chair cease and that Representative Keene be elected by acclamation. Representative Montell seconded the motion. Representative Keene was elected by acclamation and presided for the remainder of the meeting.
A motion was made by Representative Yonts to approve Minutes of the December 12, 2006 meeting of the committee. Senator Stine seconded the motion, which passed without objection.
A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Corrections List. Senator Stine seconded the motion, which passed without objection.
A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Personal Service Contract List, with exception of those items selected for further review by members of the committee. Senator Stine seconded the motion, which passed without objection.
