The<MeetNo2> Government Contract Review Committee met on<Day> Monday,<MeetMDY2> March 12, 2007, at<MeetTime> 12:55 PM, in<Room> Room 327 of the Capitol. Representative Dennis Keene, Chair, called the meeting to order, and the secretary called the roll.

A motion was made by Senator McGaha to approve Minutes of the February 13, 2007 meeting of the committee. Senator Tori seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Additions List. Representative Crenshaw seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

 

A motion was made by Representative Yonts to consider as reviewed, the Corrections List. Representative Crenshaw seconded the motion, which passed without objection.

The Kentucky Office of Homeland Security requested an exemption from review all Master Agreements issued as instruments of obligation for grant funds issued by the CMRS Board.  A motion was made by Representative Yonts to grant the exemption for one year to expire March 12, 2008.  Senator Gibson seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
