Paul Gannoe and Jennifer Linton discussed the Architectural and Engineering Price Contracts and Personal Service Contracts which have not been reported to the Government Contract Review Committee since July, 2006. Ms. Linton informed the committee that the database is now capturing all Architectural and Engineering Personal Service Contracts.
Lindsey Womack discussed an exemption request for the Governor's Office for Local Development (GOLD) regarding an exemption from the biennial restriction to extend for time only. This request is due to projects which have not been completed. The committee agreed they need to be made aware of the number of contracts involved in order to grant this exemption. The request was deferred until the June meeting of the committee.
