EXEMPTION REQUEST
EDUCATION AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT CABINET, OFFICE OF VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION:
Education and Workforce Development Cabinet, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation requested for waiver of the Biennial Time Limit for various federally funded living centers throughout the commonwealth. A motion was made by Representative Yonts to approve the requested waiver. Senator Carroll seconded the motion, which passed without objection. The waiver will expire on September 30, 2012.
