EXEMPTION REQUEST
The Cabinet for Health and Family Services, Office of the Secretary, requested an exemption from the committee’s routine review process for CHFS intra-agency agreements and will provide semi-annual reports. Stacy Phillips discussed the exemption request with the committee. A motion was made by Representative Yonts to grant the exemption through June 30, 2014 and requested the first report to the committee by January 1, 2013. Representative Housman seconded the motion, which passed without objection.
