AN ACT relating to county license fees.
     Amend KRS 68.197 to declare a moratorium on cities crediting their license fees, against county license fees; amend KRS 91A.080 to prohibit insurance companies from crediting against the county license fees or taxes increased or becoming effective for the first time, on or after July 1, 2000.
