AN ACT proposing to amend Sections 170 and 226 of the Kentucky Constitution relating to revenue and taxation.
     Propose to amend Sections 170 and 226 to the Kentucky Constitution to exempt motor vehicles from taxation, allow video lottery terminals, and provide for distribution of revenue from operation of video lottery terminals.
