AN ACT relating to solid waste.
     Amend KRS 224.43-340 to require host agreements between local governments and a solid waste disposal facility to be subject to a public hearing prior to adoption; amend KRS 224.40-310 to require landfill applications to contain the amount of waste disposed per day and dimensions of area for which waste is proposed.
