AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 136 and amend various other sections to extend the corporate license tax to limited liability companies; amend various sections of KRS Chapter 141 and create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to allow federal amounts for the standard deduction and personal exemptions.
