AN ACT relating to senior citizen centers.
     Create new section of KRS Chapter 205 to permit board that operates a senior citizen center that receives state or federal funds or support; to poll the center's users as to their preference on a smoking policy; permit board to decide whether to adopt policy; require any policy to include an accessible indoor smoking area with proper ventilation; require board to reduce policy to writing and to post in a conspicuous place.
