AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Confirms Executive Order 98-1247 which amends Executive Order 98-1050 relating to the Public Protection and Regulation Cabinet, Office of Petroleum Storage Tank Environmental Assurance Fund, which: creates the Division of Legal Services to be headed by a General Counsel appointed by the Secretary and approved by the Governor pursuant to KRS 12.050 and KRS 12.210; creates the Division of Administrative Operations to be headed by a Division Director appointed by the Secretary pursuant to KRS 12.050; and, creates the Division of Technical Operations to be headed by a Division Director appointed by the Secretary pursuant to KRS 12.050.
