AN ACT relating to hardship operator's licenses.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186 to establish eligibility and procedures for issuance of a hardship operator's license for persons who have had their licenses suspended for violations of traffic laws; create a new section of chapter 186 to establish penalties for misuse of a hardship license or for falsely obtaining a hardship license; amend KRS 189A.400, regarding hardship licenses for person convicted of a DUI, to conform.
