AN ACT proposing an amendment to Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to property tax exemptions.
     Propose to amend Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky to apply the homestead exemption to persons age 59 1/2 or older; apply modified exemption to tax assessment years beginning after December 31, 2000; provide for submission to the voters.
