AN ACT relating to traffic regulations.
     Amend KRS 189.390, relating to speed limits on highways, to establish a maximum speed limit of 70 m.p.h. for passenger vehicles, and 65 m.p.h. for commercial vehicles on interstates and other 4 lane divided highways that are fully controlled access highways; amend KRS 189.394, relating to fines for speeding violations, to double the fines for all speeding violations; provide for 1/2 of the fines to be dedicated to offset the cost of replacing speed limit signs in the state; amend KRS 186.574, relating to state traffic school, to permit a person to attend state traffic school on a yearly basis.
