HB 126 (BR 979) - B. Yonts

     AN ACT relating to sick leave for public school teachers and employees.
     Amend KRS 161.155 to include daughters-in law and sons-in-law in the definition of "immediate family" for the purposes of granting sick leave or providing sick leave donations to a teacher or employee to attend to a member of the immediate family who is ill, or to mourn a member of the immediate family who has died.
