AN ACT relating to elementary and secondary education.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to prohibit school personnel from denying students the privilege of praying during noninstructional times when the prayer is voluntary and student-initiated; repeal KRS sections 158.181 to 158.187, which establish the right of students to pray and express religious viewpoints in school, under certain conditions.
