HB 137 (BR 267) - S. Nunn, R. Crimm, G. Graham
AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Long-Term Policy Research Center.
Amend KRS 7B.030 to allow the board to remove members who miss three consecutive meetings by a majority vote of the members at a regularly scheduled meeting in which a quorum is present; require that a vacancy caused by the removal of a member be filled in the same manner as the initial appointments were made; delete the provision regarding the initial membership appointments; allow the board to fill a vacancy if it has not been filled within thirty days by the appointing authority.
