AN ACT relating to veterans.
     Repeal KRS 36.300, 36.310, 36.330, 36.340, 36.350, 36.355, 36.360, and 36.370 relating to veterans' affairs and veterans' nursing homes, and, except for conforming amendments, reenact the statutes without change in KRS Chapter 40; repeal KRS 194.225 which transferred veterans' affairs functions from the Department for Human Resources to the Center for Veterans' Affairs.
