AN ACT relating to the transportation of children.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189 to prohibit children under age 13 from riding in the front seat of a vehicle equipped with a passenger side airbag; provide exceptions; make enforcement a secondary offense; amend KRS 189.990 to set the fine at no more than $25.
