AN ACT relating to the issuance of bonds for low cost housing by the Kentucky Housing Corporation.
Amend KRS 198A.090 relating to the provision of funding for low cost housing to increase the bonded debt ceiling of the Kentucky Housing Corporation from $1.125 billion to $2.5 billion.
