     AN ACT relating to firearms and ammunition for firearms.
     Amend KRS 411.155 relating to firearm lawsuits, to declare that the lawful manufacture of firearms and ammunition is not unreasonably dangerous or a nuisance; create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to specify that only the state, not a local government, can sue firearms or ammunition manufacturers; require dismissal of suit in progress as of the effective date of the Act, if the suit violates Section 2 of Act.

     HCS/LM - Delete the amendment of KRS 411.155 which would have declared the lawful manufacturer and distribution of firearms to be not inherently dangerous or a nuisance.
