AN ACT relating to safe deposit boxes.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 394 to permit a person to petition the District Court to order the examination of the contents of a safe deposit box, following the death of the lessee of the box, to locate a will and other documents; amend KRS 140.250 to conform.
