AN ACT relating to compensation for returning fugitives from justice.
     Amend KRS 440.090 and 440.380, relating to compensation for the return of fugitives from justice, to require that reimbursement for expenses incurred in the return be made from the State Treasury to the extradition agent's employer instead of to the agent directly.
