AN ACT relating to the duties of the board of trustees of pension systems in cities of the second class.
     Amend KRS 95.871 relating to the duties of the board of trustees of pension systems in cities of the second class to permit the appointment of an impartial individual to break deadlocks by actions which are final and binding on matters before the board.
