AN ACT relating to state leasing.
Amend KRS 56.803 to allow the commissioner of the Department of Facilities Management in the Finance and Administration Cabinet to eliminate potential office space from consideration for lease based upon the property owner's response or a site evaluation, if the commissioner determines the property is impractical or not feasible to meet the state's needs.
HB 191 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions and make technical correction.
HFA (1, B. Crall) - Amend Section 1(11) by prohibiting the Finance and Administration Cabinet from eliminating less than two (2) properties from full evaluation and consideration for lease.
