AN ACT relating to state leasing.
Amend KRS 56.803 to require all agency employees who assisted in a site evaluation or lease negotiation to certify in writing that they are aware or unaware of circumstances that may constitute a violation of KRS 56.800 to 56.823.
HB 193 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, J. Haydon) - Specify only agency employees directly involved with a site evaluation or lease negotiation sign certificates; require the Department for Facilities Management to inform state agencies of the legal requirements concerning lease certification on an annual basis.
