AN ACT relating to state leasing.
     Amend KRS 56.800 to clarify jurisdiction of the Finance and Administration Cabinet when it comes to leasing property by the Commonwealth; amend KRS 56.803 to change certain time frames for leasing of space; amend KRS 56.8035 to require leased property to last for a minimum of thirty (30) years, and to meet all applicable building code and safety requirements; amend KRS 56.806 to allow the Commonwealth to cancel a lease on thirty (30) days' written notice.
