AN ACT relating to campaign expenditures.
Amend KRS 119.205 to prohibit giving anything of value to a person to sign a petition to have a public question placed on an election ballot.
HB 2 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Amend KRS 119.205 to prohibit giving anything of value to a person to sign a petition to have a public question placed on an election ballot and make a violation a Class B misdemeanor.
HFA (1, G. Lindsay) - Void the public question if a payment is made by a proponent to sign a petition on a public question, rather than make it a Class B misdemeanor.
