AN ACT relating to interscholastic athletics.
     Amend KRS 156.070 to require cheerleading to be considered an interscholastic sport for the purposes of compliance with laws and regulations relating to the prohibition of discrimination based on sex under educational programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance.
