HB 206 - AMENDMENTS

HCS - Provide that the National Guard tuition award program, rather than paying up to or equal to the full tuition, pay full tuition for the first semester, and for the second semester, pay an amount which compares the projected amount needed to support all priorities selected with total funding available, arriving at a percentage that will ensure that all applicants receive an equal percentage of tuition, and require the historical percentage of awards not used to be also used in the awards determination.
