AN ACT relating to organ donation.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 311 to prohibit a family member and any health care surrogate from modifying the decedent's wishes or denying an anatomical gift from being made if the deceased has made an anatomical gift by signing the designated portion on the back of the operator's license or directing the gift as a part of a living will directive, unless the gift has been revoked.
