     Confirm Resolution/Executive Order 99-1, relating to the Economic Development Partnership, Cabinet for Economic Development, which renames the Department of Job Development within the cabinet as the Department for Business Development; require all personnel, equipment, files, funding, duties, responsibilities, and obligations to remain in effect as a part of the renamed Department for Business Development.
