AN ACT relating to compulsory school attendance.
     Amend KRS 159.010, relating to compulsory school attendance, to require a student to attend school until he reaches age 19, graduates, or is granted a hardship exemption and to require alternative education program placement for continuously disruptive students, suspended students, certain expelled students, and students with a need for these services; amend KRS 159.020, relating to transferring from one district to another, to require students subject to compulsory school attendance to be enrolled in the school district to which the student moves; EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2001.
