AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation.
     Amend KRS 132.020 to provide a phase-out of the state property tax on the first $15,000 of assessed value on motor vehicles; amend KRS 134.805 to adjust the commission received by the county clerks for collecting the state property tax on motor vehicles; create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to phase-in a refundable credit equal to 15% of the federal earned income credit.
