     Amend KRS 42.4588 to require the executive director of the Office of Coal County Development, instead of the secretary of the Cabinet for Economic Development, to be responsible for the approval of projects for the Local Government Economic Development Fund Grant Program; confirm Resolution 99-2 of the Kentucky Economic Development Partnership.
