AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Unified Juvenile Code.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapters 635 and 640 to require juveniles sentenced to community labor or community work programs to wear a distinctive garment or other conspicuous identification showing them as participants in the program, require courts to punish juveniles further if they don't wear the required identification, and require the Department of Juvenile Justice to specify the garment or identification and permit the department to require juveniles to pay for the use of the garment or identification.
